I skipped August. I was tired of boat building plus the questions were swirling around how to build the cabin top. At least I got the deck finished.

Today, though, after a trip to Seattle, taking care of needed house maintenance and cleanup, and having friends visit from DC, I got back to boat building. I installed this port side cabin top frame.

Next I will do the starboard side frame the same way. I will notch the structure then trim and notch the frame to fit, and screw it in place with three #10 bronze screws. After the frames adjust to the new shape I will remove them all and epoxy them in place permanently.
