I laminated an arch that conforms to the shape of the cabin top. Tonight I dressed it up with a belt sander and I'm now gluing it to the #3 bulkhead. The plans call for sawn frames backed by plywood.

The centerboard trunk halves are now glued and screwed together. It is set aside until ready to fit into the hull.

Extra epoxy that spilled out and pooled from gluing the arch. It is a waste of epoxy but much better than leaving voids or cracks between the strips of wood in the lamination.

The arch for the #1 bulkhead is setting up. I will glue it to the bulkhead top in the same way as for bulkhead #3. This is a slight departure from the plans I purchased. I think it will be just as strong and fit the style that I want.
